The Autumn League 2025

Our biggest community event of the year is back – and it’s bigger than ever! 🍂

Over three weeks, you’ll take on 75 blocs across our three centres – Aldgate, White City, and Stratford. Then, tackle 25 more blocs at Stratford for the 4th round and finals on Saturday 22nd November.

There will be 25 climbs at each centre, ranging from V0–V9, and you’ll have 31st October – 18th November to climb as many as you can. Not all prizes are awarded based on overall score. Just make sure you visit all three gyms to be in with a chance to win! 🏆

The 4th Round and Finals at Stratford on Saturday 22nd November will feature an additional 25 blocs, along with a live DJ, stalls, workshops, food, and drinks, followed by a finals showcase from 5:30pm.

Your League ticket works as a membership across all three sites, so you can climb as much as you want during this time. This event is all about connecting the three communities, pushing yourself, and having fun!

How it Works

Rounds 1–3 (31 Oct – 18 Nov)

• 75 blocs across Aldgate, White City, and Stratford
• Climb as much as you can and log your scores on Griptonite
• Spotlight prizes and awards along the way to celebrate effort, consistency, and community spirit (keep an eye on our socials for more info!)
  
  

Round 4 – Wildcard Round (22 Nov, Stratford)

• 25 blocs to complete in one day for those who competed in rounds 1-3
• Also open to anyone who hasn’t competed in previous rounds (WILDCARD)
• The top five scorers throughout the league will go to the finals, and the winner of the WILDCARD Round also earns a spot
• Expect stalls, DJ, food, drinks, raffle prizes and podiums
• Finals are from 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Please note: Only male and female categories advance to the finals, but everyone is encouraged to compete and celebrate throughout the League!

• Early Bird (non-members) (before 1 Oct): £39
• Standard (non-members): £45 – unlimited access to all three gyms + finals
• Wildcard Only: £25 – last-minute chance to compete in Round 4 (available at a later date)
• Spectators: Free !

Disruption Notice

During the League, there may be temporary disruptions to normal climbing routes and facilities. Route-setting and prepping at Stratford between 19th - 21st November.

FAQ

Q: What is the League?
A: A three-week climbing event across all three City Bouldering Centres.

Q: Who is it for?
A: Everyone! Most routes are V3 or below, with harder climbs available too.

Q: Which centre should I choose?
A: Pick the one you’ll climb at most. Your League ticket is valid at all three centres.

Q: What is the 4th/Wildcard Round? Do I need to attend?
A: It’s the final round of the League, all participants can climb, log scores, and boost their totals. If you didn’t participate in previous rounds, you can join for a chance to qualify for the finals.

Q: Can I join only for the Wildcard Round?
A: Yes! The Wildcard Only ticket is perfect for a last-minute shot at the finals.

Q: Are the prizes only for the strongest climbers?
A: Not at all! There will be raffle prizes and spotlight awards for all participants.

Q: I’ve never done a climbing event before. Is it serious?
A: This event is all about trying your best, and having fun.

Q: Are all centres accessible?
A: White City and Stratford are wheelchair accessible. Aldgate has stairs and no lift – contact the centre if unsure.
