International Women's Day Kilter Board Workshop- Stratford

Have you been wanting to have a go on the kilter board, but haven't got round to it yet? Come and give it a go for International Women's Day! We will be holding a 2 hour women+ workshop on the Kilter Board at Stratford.
The Workshop is suitable for all ability levels- whether you're new to the Kilter, are already have some projects you're looking to tick off. We will be covering the basics of how to use the app and the board, and picking out climbs for everyone to try in a welcoming environment.
The session is free for members, and £9.50 for non members, including shoes
